Vent outside is best bet. plants going to make smells its what they do and how they do it.
They also have order absorbing gel called ONA I think. I don't like it. or any other things that's just out smelling the cannabis by releasing perfumes.
Colds and Flues are a great biologic option. or just snort a lot shit and burn out your receptors.

in reality no, only carbon can prevent.
all gels and odour hiders is myth, anyone who knows weed smell will feel it still.
