I think you're pH is too low... From what I've seen, a pH of 6.2-6.8 is the ideal range for nutrient uptake. From the one picture its hard to say that's the only problem though. Looks like you may have a humidity issue as well.

whats the temp and RH in the tent?
Also whats the DLI or PPFD for the canopy?
Looks like its to dry and or to hot, could be getting compounded by the lights.
I also have a feeling something could be off in the roots like oxygenation or some weird shit growing. Smell and feel the roots, are they off putting in any way??
