heat, light, exremely low RH? combinations of those? Need more info... Your grow light makes it look paler than it is in normal light, most of the time, but still looks a bit pale. So, may need some nutes if not related to the previous, or it may also need more nutes. At least one shows some interveinal chlorosis but that symptom can be confused with things that result from too much light too. Easy to know about light -- are the nodes super tight? or did you lower it significantly recently? if not, probably not "too much light". Heat -- is it above 30C? not all plants will have a problem at 30c, but shortly above they likely will. the leaves will contort liek that in an effort to reduce transpiration or to hide from the light a bit (reduces surface area for photons to hit directly).
soilless should be fed every single time with 10-15% runoff. If you are religious about that and have a good mix dialed in, you will never see a toxicity build up in some unconrollable way. any tox/def will be slow moving and easily reacted to in a patient way. too many variables to give you a run down on "good" ppm ranges of each nute... but if you start calculating ppms and tracking, it'll be a much faster learning curve i can promise that. at this point i rarely see a problem with my nute mix even with 7 different strains growing and using same reservoir of nutes.
at 6pH, 120-140 N / 40-60 P / 180-210 K will be roughly where most plants will want it, give or take. Weaker light, less optimal environment means a slower metabolic rate and you'll want to be at lower end of ranges... also genetics will play a role too... different pH will cause a different balance needed too. ... like i said many relativistic variables. Provide CO2 and you may need to go above that? i have not done that before so i cannot be certain.. but if growth increases, you need to provide more per day per week etc to match. simple math.
A well-balanced 1.3 to 1.5EC will make most very happy under normal growing conditions (without lab precision and elevated CO2) with no issues throughout grow. Your environment and amount of light provided will impact how high you want to go with that. Less light per day and you want to dial back nutes a bit compared to providing more light. Rate of use is the key there and matching it. Observe and react to plant to dial in your nutrient mix.
