I think it is your soil. looking at your diaries looks like fertilizer pellets common in marical grow in it to start with. Seedlings don't need food the first week or two. like someone else said it looks like a nutrient burn. and maybe too high pH. Highly recommend buying quality growing medium, or even better mixing your own from scratch if you have the space and know how

IMHO you over feeding (burning) your plants with nutrients. I look at your diary: Week 1 - nice looking perfect green seedlings, no feeding info Week 2 - seedlings with issues, there is a feeding info. You shouldn't blindly follow FOOP feeding recommendations, every plant is different and yours certainly do not need amount of nutrients your are feeding them. FOOP even cautions that over feeding can cause root burn.

Impossible to answer confidently with so little nformation in your vague diaries. Best guess would be incorrect pH. Plant is too young for advanced nutrition problems. Spraying with neem won't solve anything.......it is an insecticide. If you are going to have diaries, fill them out with as much info as possible if you want decent help/answers to your questions.

So this looks like it could be one or all of a few things. You lack lots of information in your diary so these are best guesses from what can be seen. At first glance I thought she looks hungry. You don’t have nutrient information. Second- the leaves are very short distance from each other. That would make me think too much light. You don’t have that listed. Last- You’re just putting a bunch of water right around her little stem. Why would her roots search for water? I’d say if you’re not watering the whole substrate, do the opposite of what you’re doing now and water the radius outside of her leaves, not right on her stem, and water only when dry. I’d back off the light and see if there’s any improvement. I don’t know if your soil has any nutrients built into it either. If it doesn’t, maybe a very very light feeding as well
