Startes auto, need help with lst?

I started lst yesterday on my first auto (first grow btw) and bend her yesterday and wanted to know how i did i know i need to bend her i little mote but i wanted to give her time to recover and she did she even grown a lil bit up again Let me know if u need more photos to help m

No, leave her be. As your nodes grow, fan them out.. The whole point of bending the main stem like that is so they aren't stacked above each other (the nodes/leaves). So, fan 'em out once they start growing. Pull some nodes into the pot, others to the side etc Leave for now.

Don't over think it the plant will fill any light gaps.

The stem is fine. It’s a slow process. Let get used to this position and the stem will work itself out. Then you can bend it a bit more later on.

Yes you have to bend down the top again and again and again. it will grow up all the time. Plants grow into light and with gravitation. Bending her doesnt stress really stress her, so do as much as you can early, before the stem becomes unbendable. Also bend they leafs into the back or to the sides, otherwise your LST is useless, since you can see by yourself your new growth is getting shadowed by the leaf. I wouldnt cut it tho, bending is key.
