It depends on the effect you want to achieve. If you prefer a heavy body stone, wait a bit longer before harvesting. For a clear, uplifting high without couch lock, wait until all trichomes are at least milky (some may already be amber). However, don't wait too long, as some believe that overly mature weed can be harsh to smoke and may cause headaches (though I haven't experienced this myself because I harvest earlier).
