Its them silly cups mate She's struggling breathing As subs dry or simple holes at the bottom of pot. Air moves thru the substrate and helps the plants roots breath. You need to uppot to a new pot. New soil, not wet. Dry soil.. Cut the bottom of cup with blade. Then place your cup in back fill it just leaving enough space so you can run a blade up the side and simply pull the cup up. As she's very young, and so small. The substrate will fall apart as I dount there's much roots. O2 is much more important to young seedlings.

My Janky Jackie looked exactly like that. Organoman is on point. It would behoove you to follow his advice. Good news though she can be saved. Just give her time and the second set of leaves may turn out pretty janky too. It’s up to you if you decide you wanna keep riding it. My Janky Jackie has turned it around. Would be a bit sad if you gave up on her.

Remove any "humidity domes" if you have been using them........this plant looks "suffocated". Seedlings do not need "humidity domes", they need good air exchange for transpiration to occur. Obviously, you have drainage holes in the cup......right?
