Your VPD is 1.5(much to high) , but should be around 0.6-0,8 in early veg. If you cannot get your temperature below 30°, you have to get humidity to 65-70%. Here's a good tool for VPD : https://vpdchart.com/#C,66,37.5,27.5,0 Using it myself, with an infraredthermometer (10-20 €) you can get perfect VPD. Happy growing ;-)

33c is to high and rh is too low. For those plants are this stage 25c is their peak window They're been crippled by your environment. Lower your light %, but a fan so it blows on your light. Turn up your exhaust to full You can add extra co2. This would combat the heat. You need higher RH with it though. Again 35 rh is half of what it should

The tips yellowing is a sign of nutrient burn. Your temps are way too high for vegging. Cannabis is a bit like humans. If the conditions in your grow tent is uncomfortable for you, it’s the same for the plant. So for vegging to reiterate what RenateGrowt said, yes you want to have your temperatures around 20-25 degrees C is optimal but you can go as high as 27C. But the biggest thing for your grow right now is your relative humidity. It’s way too low. 35% RH is perfect for flowring but for veg ideal humidity is 60-70%. But 55-70 is still ok. My tent is regulated to 59-61%. Definitely you should think about adding a humidifier to your grow tent. I also agree your light is too close. I keep my lights at 45 cm distance. Less than 30 isn’t good. So find a way to 1. Get temps down 2. Sort out your RH 3. Get the lights further away.

Hi, I'm sure not an expert, but in my opinion, 33° is too much and 35° humidity is a bit too low. In week 4, I try to get temps between 24° and 27° and not more than 30°. and humidity around 55°.  Also, 20 cm between the lamp and plant seems too close for me.
