I’m upgrading my light from vipar spectra XS 1500 to Mars hydro FC 4000 is this a good choice

If your grow space is large enough to accommodate, sure it's over twice the power as your current light. Mod does bring up a good point though, you could daisy chain two of the 1500s for close(but not quite) to the same strength as the FC 4000.

Its new. Have a look who owns some on here Typical Mars-Hydro have good lights. .I've their FC3000 & SP3000. Top lights.

I would get another light like the one you have and combine them. XS1500pro or simple p1000, or ts1000 form masshydro?
