tri leaf mutation? can't see shit, so no idea.
some plants are stockier than others, but if you see more than a pair of leaves at a particular growth node, then a tri-leaf mutation would make things more congested in addition to being a stocky plant.
If node spacing is too tight, could be from too much light, but also could just be normal for the phenotype. a little trial and error might be worth it. Can always ramp light back up as it focuses on flower production.
i normally don't tell peopel to remove leaves, but you should remove the least amount of leaf to eliminate the physical touching underneath -- that's just going to cause standing water (condensation) and that over time is a disease vector with high risk.
