Seit 2-3 Tagen verfärben sich die Blätter, es gibt sehr dunkle und helle Bereiche auf einigen Blättern. Hab ich mir da irgendwas eingefangen, oder ist das Marshmallow OG üblich?

Hello DonHugo, This is a magnesium deficiency. The leaves start to turn light green or on the veins and edges of lower and older leaves. This is because the plant is pulling magnesium from lower leaves to feed new growth. Often with this deficiency, the magnesium is present, but the roots cannot absorb the magnesium properly due to an improper pH value. Therefore it is very important to maintain the correct pH and make sure the pH does not get too low and acidic in order to avoid a magnesium deficiency. To solve this problem, keep the pH from your nutrient solution around pH 6,5 You can also add a Cal-Mag nutrient but please keep in mind that the pH value is most likely the issue here. Happy Growing Buddy! 💚

This is a magnesium issue and can be easily corrected. If you are using a CalMg product, increase the dose by roughly 50% for the next two - three feedings. Or option 2 is you can add Magnesium Sulfate (Epsom Salts) to your solution at a rate of 1 tsp per gallon. Make sure the epsom salt is FRAGRANCE FREE! Once you correct the issue the new growth will not have any signs like you see present. I suggest trying to maintain at least some additional amounts of magnesium as the plant continues to grow though. Hope this helps.

Hey So, this is a common issue pal If u have any spare Epsom Salt laying about. This is THE best way to add mag/sulphur into your sub.. I don't see cal issues. Just mag. But u can just buy a calmag & this will cover 2 Epson Salt you'll get at any pharmacy or shop, or if u hv a women in house. They might have some on hand until a calmag arrives. 150ppm added to ur tap. Can also be used as a foliar spray which will speed up intake of it. As it'll get much worse. Mag is key in the development of plants. It helps with general uptake of other nutrients

Its magnesium. Cheapest fastest way - epsom salt , aka magnesium sulfate . CalMag depends on brands , some work good, some dont. My best testested was TNC CalMag. Small doses and great result always. I found corelation with overwatering and magnesium issues , make sure you have dry/wet cycle. Roots needs it for getting air, soil needs ot to prevent ph fluctuation .
