whats the best cheapest light i can get to use for flowering a medium size plant about 2-3 feet?

Viparspecta p1000 is a good light for the wattage and cost. you can get them around 70 bucks. I have flowered plants with it and there are people on here who have as well. If you can afford a little more go with something with a little more wattage to improve potential yield. I'm having good luck with my bestva lights
