Don't think it's septoria. Looks like something to do with the watering your doing or something in the roots. Your plant looks droopy and unhappy. I hope if you are growing in soil you are allowing it to dry out between waterings?

overwatering, plant gets no oxygen. if you grow in soil , you need wet/dry cycle. i see problems with uptake, calcium and phosphorus issues. plus leaves are droopy and wrinkled. lift pots, dont water till they are light to lift, make sure you test ph and put it in right values.

I feel like you got a problem in your roots. Like rot goin on. Hygrozyme will resolve it. You need to allow for your soil to dry out before you water. Keeping soil saturated constantly displaces oxygen and creates a perfect condition for Rhizoctonia sp. Pythium sp. and Phytopththora sp to get a foot hold in your roots and kill your plant. Once it's infected with root rot, you'll have to control it with a enzyme that eats the dead root matter like Hygrozyme or Sensizyme. I've used hygrozyme and have recommended it to others and seen it's results...it works. But once root rot is established, it's there for the life of the plant. You will have to treat every watering with the enzyme till harvest. To be clear, i am not suggesting it is root rot, but it is my best guess based on the evidence provided.
