safe to say that isn't wpm. a few things can cause spots. maybe a Ca deficiency.
grab a leaf symptom chart. you can see that this is as much of a guessing game as it is science. need more info than just the visible symptoms to be more confident.
generally if you have a pH issue, you have a smorgasborg of symptoms, but not always if it is less severe of a problem.
even though you may want to ask questions now, reference the leaf symptom chart yourself each time too. You will gain familiarity this way. Understand the difference between mobile vs immobile and how that effects where you see it start and progress on plant. this can help eliminate possibilities. Keeping track of your feeding habits will help too. This will be more exact in a soilless/hydro context but still useful with soil, too.
