You could take nee oil against thrips but if you really want to get rid of them take spruzit as long as you are in Veg. Neem oil works preventive but you got pretty big infestation so I think neem oil won't get the job done.

pyrethrines kill on contact. don't spray on flower. find a concentrate and mix your own up. The pre-mixed stuff is 5-10x more costly. If in NA, Southern AG brand makes one. A little 8oz concentrate will last years

Removing the affected material helps with removing eggs and also monitoring if more damage appears.

Hello, that definitely looks like damage made by thrips. Treat the plants with neem oil until you cant find them anymore. Also remove affected leaf material if possible.
