The buds can produce excess sugars and this is what it appears to be. It’s not resin, just sugar water. Good luck with your grow.

Your plants looks stressed. The leaves are taco'ed on a scary level, light, coldness or heat stress? think the color comes from genetic or too much nutrients, some sort of stress maybe; light or low temps. Same reason why your leaves are red

That's fluid from the phloem if it looks like that. It's just sugary, mineral-rich liquid. It has not thc or anything like that. Brain farting on the term used for it... gimme a second... might need a 2nd post. guttation! got it. it is a guttation. I would not assume anything positive or negative from it.
