hello friend, I think the problem is the pot, perhaps a little too small and with low drainage capacity. I recommend a pot of at least 3 gallons in fabric. at this stage the plant can hold up a large amount of light, are you sure you have good lighting?

@TheMightyShark I think you should definately Transplant into a bigger pot with adequate drainage I can reccomend fabric pots for their ease of use and great airexposure to the roots. Your gonna want to use a similiar soil mix so as not to harm ya plants or set them back. Its also better to repot just before lights out to give them the darkness to recover in. I have grown the Dwarf and she can be a little fussy for nutrients and generally doesnt require heavy feeding Best of luck mate
