Those are only nodules, there are no sex organs on that plant. You will see those two spikes at every node. You are waiting for a little sprout looking thing to come out at the corner of that little spike and the shoot(probably a leaf stem) 7-9 nodes or weeks before sex, can be much longer in not perfect conditions.

I had 2 other plants in the same grow space, they dont have pólen sacs...should I do something else?
10 days ago I move them for 12/12 , they had no signs of nothing, flower, pistils or whatever
