Looks like slightly to high levels of nitrogen. Without a diary it's harder to help. So make sure your ph is in range. Let your media dry a bit between watering. Make sure you get run off when watering. Use the correct nutrients for the stage your plants in. If you been doing incorrect feeding and have a salt build up give her a flush with ph water.

Yes cheers mate iv already flushed them both yesterday when was bone dry with 25 litres each, letting soak off for an hour. So just giving them a few days to see outcome of flush. My nutrient mix has been an mild/medium mix so far up to date + letting soil dryout between feeds + watering 3 days after every feed with out nutes. Cheers guys thanks for youre help so far. I know now next grow to keep a diary from beginning to end

Hi mate, the downward curl is likely Nitrogen tox if not wind burn. I'd back off a little with N. Also cal mag has N in so be cautious when you add cal mag into the mix as you're already going to need to reduce N levels.
