Smell

I would venture to say that the vomit smell was from mishandling and some cross-contamination of the buds with something be it bacterial or chemical. Vomit is a sour acidic smell. The internet says that its disincentive smells is from butyric acid and its formed in aerobic environments. So maybe it was a very bad cure or shrink wrapped or legit someone vomited on them and tried to fix it... Could also be it was sprayed with a root hormone not knowing how it worked and this was the aftermath? "indole-3-butyric acid (IBA)" Not something I would seek, there are other better options out there IMO but best of luck with the hunt.

Honestly, I've never come across any strain that smells aywhere like this 😆 Are you sure the smell had to do with the strain itself and not with anything else, like fertilizer, cutting agents or else? IF there are strains that could smell anywhere near that, it could be some Cheese or Skunk variants.
