There's a few colored pistils, but that can mean more than 1 thing. it's early enough that it could be from pollination, but no guarantee from these picture.
if it an individual calys is pollinated, the 2 white hairs (stigmata) will die - change color and coil up.
some foliar spray can cause this "look". excess wind can cause this.
So, did you have pollen in the tent? if so, that helps improve confidnece of your guess, but you won't know for a bit.
Other things to notice - trichome development will slow or nearly cease - far less density of trichomes per area when it's been pollinated. The plant may shift out of vege growth faster (those reaminaing 4+weeks of vege after flip to 12/12 or unseen flip inside of an autoflower may not result in a full 4+ weeks of continued vege growth), so the plant might be smaller than you expect or stretch a bit less etc.
if heavily pollinated it will shift resources to seeds and you can see that effect over time. Not just 1 or 2 seeds, but 'enough' relative to size of plant to make that effect possible.
