Should I wait a little longer to defoliate more? Have already done it twice with a medium to heavy hand on it. What do you say? Thank you, guys.

Don't do it. It is bro-science to whimsically strip a shit ton of leaves. pruning some off with a good reason is fine. Your canopy is already quite light, i wouldn't do it at all. Check out "to defoliate or not" on cocoforcannabis com. Leaves perform more than one fucntions and they all have value. if the plant didn't have a good use for it, it would shed that leaf. It is the lungs, it is the manufacturing plant, it is the energy source for all growth and ripening. They are important in so many ways, that you should always have a very, very good reason to remove one. Never just because peopel say it "helps the plant focus on flower" -- that is utter nonsense. cutting off leaves in flower will only cause a need in the plant to grow more fucking leaves, lol. i've even covered up buds to show that it has little to no effect if the buds get a bunch of light or not. How the buds develop is almost all about apical dominance. the shileded buds always grow just as well as all other buds at the same vertical height with similar vascular tissue -- can't compare a bud on a primary branch with an offshoot, of course. if you don't overcrowd an area, there should automatically be "enough" light penetration. What is 10x more important is ensuring every photon possible is absorbed by that canopy.

Its hard to tell from that picture. Looks spot on. They say if you see any light hitting the floor through the canopy its wasted light.I went harder on this one than I ever have. I don't like to go too heavy for the most part. I'd check the catalog and see how big the flower stretch is.You'll then have some idea how much growth you'll have. Some say plants will double in size during stretch. In think that's with 2wks veg, probably as much as 30cm.Mine just did 20cm.

Do not defoliate at all. Your plant NEEDS those leaves to make all of the energy required to grow her flowers. Less leaves = less energy being made = less potential growth. If you plant would not need those leaves, it would not grow them in the first place!

I would defoliate single leaves if they keep branches from taking the stretch and falling behind, otherwise i would wait till the end of stretch and dont stress her now in any way.

Great job, looks heathy and happy! I would personally leave her atm, as she stretches and grows larger her root system will do the same, production leaves are vital during this process.
