Don't do it. It is bro-science to whimsically strip a shit ton of leaves.
pruning some off with a good reason is fine. Your canopy is already quite light, i wouldn't do it at all.
Check out "to defoliate or not" on cocoforcannabis com. Leaves perform more than one fucntions and they all have value. if the plant didn't have a good use for it, it would shed that leaf. It is the lungs, it is the manufacturing plant, it is the energy source for all growth and ripening. They are important in so many ways, that you should always have a very, very good reason to remove one. Never just because peopel say it "helps the plant focus on flower" -- that is utter nonsense. cutting off leaves in flower will only cause a need in the plant to grow more fucking leaves, lol.
i've even covered up buds to show that it has little to no effect if the buds get a bunch of light or not. How the buds develop is almost all about apical dominance. the shileded buds always grow just as well as all other buds at the same vertical height with similar vascular tissue -- can't compare a bud on a primary branch with an offshoot, of course.
if you don't overcrowd an area, there should automatically be "enough" light penetration. What is 10x more important is ensuring every photon possible is absorbed by that canopy.
