Plants growing slow

Hi my plants wouldnt grow much anymore. I have uploaded a grow report of the current state of the plants. Leave a comment if you know anything that I have done wrong or can do better in the future😬 Plants are in week 7-8 right now. Should I switch lights soon or stay in veg?

looks like you stunned them with high stress. their grow will be slow until you put then into flowering 🌱

I met this kid yesterday that said he waters his plants every day and not to LST. My plan was to make the plants grow in a spiral essentially.
I just wanted to hear everyone else’s opinion on this kids statements. He has like 2.5 grows under his belt where I only have .33 grows.Week 3

Slow growthIve had my plants in veg now for more than two months. I bought them as clones and they have ben through a nitrogen toxicity.

Two plants but one is small! Same tent, same nutrients and similar issues but different resultsOne of my plants is super small and I have no idea why. Initially I thought it was a magnesium deficiency but clearly it was not only that. The issues became apparent between weeks 4 and 6, right after the last transplant.
