Week 7 flower one of my plants is popping seeds, this because I was gone for a week my tent had to be left cracked for vpd. My caregiver left the room lights on and the one by the opening hermed. Will this effect quality/yield of my buds and are the seeds worth keeping?

Seeds made from hermie pollen carry dominant genes for being hermies themselves, they WILL NOT be feminized. Growing them carries a very high probability of hermie plants, so, no, I would not use them. As to affecting yield, you may lose next to nothing, however the fertilized, seeded calyxes stop producing trichomes once pollinated. Seeds can be popped out and the remaining flower parts consumed with no noticeable loss of quality.........no biggie. Seeds are more annoying than anything else and at this late stage your flowers are quite mature already, so there should already be plenty of trichomes there to keep the quality pleasing enough. It is only when plants are pollinated right at the beginning of flowering where quality really suffers.

Sorry man. Time to start over. New seeds new grow. It’s hard to get everything aligned when you go out of town. Best of luck next time.

These pictures look like they are of 2 different grows. The development is not the same. seeds definitely take away from overall potency and quality. You'll have fewer trichomes than normal... if it happens early it is more pronounced, if it happens after some amount of trichomes have developed, then it won't be as bad, but still a negative effect. if you ahve developed seeds "popping out" then it happend 5-6 weeks ago. Does that line up with your light pollution? if not, you may have more nanners coming, lol. bubble hash is a sieving process that doesn't use solvents or physical presser to extract some golden goodness bubble hash from your weed. This is a great way to make use of seeded weed. it is a labor-intensive process if you don't have a portable washing machine. Sieves are 30-40 usd for a set too, but you'll only want 2-3 to use out of the set... the sizes you want will only all be included in the 8-bag sets mostly. Definitely don't buy bubbledude or bubblebro brand . it's 3x more expensive and same exact products. Watch Frenchy Canoli videos on youtube for best instructions for bubble hash production. If the seeds are from a naturally herming plant, throw them the fuck out... if it was from light stress, that's the old school way of making fem seeds and should be fine.. i'd still avoid anything Selfed out of principle. great thing aabut this seed is it is not a problem for you to plant 200% of need and kill the weak. They were free, right? Do it the right way. I wouldn't use the seed if you deduce the plants hermed before the light pollution based on the timeline above -- meaning they were genetically prone to herming rather than stressed into it. that's just a shit trait to pass on to the next generation. if you have well-developed seeds, those don't happen overnight or in 1-2 weeks. that takes 4-6weeks, and more likely 5-6 if they are bursting out/falling out on their own.
