Yellow leaves after issue with thrips

Our Mimosa Cake Auto had some issue with thrips.
We got rid of most of the thrips, didn’t find one in more than a week, but now quite rapidly all leaves turn yellow.
PH is okay, watering is quite regularly, nutrients according to biobizz schedule with all mix. What can we do?
