light day or night

I’m in socal where I have hot dry days (90° ) and cool humid nights (65°). I grow in a tent in the garage - so I prefer to have lights on at night so my high temperature is mitigated to 75,. If I were to run lights on during the day, my high temperature would be well over 90° in the tent, that’s not good. I use the same scheme in the winter as well, The nights are too cool so I run lights to warm up . The days are perfect 70° so I have lights off during the day. So think of your highs and lows and how your light will help you achieve a constant good environment in your grow room. Best of luck on your grow
