She could be worse. I know its not nice to see. i looks like mainly just over-watering. Let them dry out a bit before watering and water them with some liquid kelp, or if you can get it pure protein powder(fish) and some good worm castings. That stuff will help the leaves green back up after being stunted with over-watering. The problem with over-watering is that it destroys the little hairs on the end of the roost,and without oxygen they star to die, that when I start to notice yellowing when the plants get drowned out. Let he dry out until the pot it light and if you can catch it before drooping but o the verge, then watering in heavy with what I mentioned
