Hey guys, do you know a good dehumidifier for an indoor tent? Or preferably one with which you can regulate the humidity, thank you !

I was talking with someone about this yesterday. So AC infinity makes one and spider farmer as well makes one. They seem grow specific and have high capacity water tanks and self regulate with a monitoring system. I just use a cool mist humidifier from the pharmacy and I have it hooked up to an Inkbird humidity controller. Turns on and off as needed. But them AC and spudee farmer ones look pretty slick.

Size it to the room, not the tent. Unless you have a closed system - i.e. limited to no gas echange and co2 prodcution inside the tent. AHAM is the pints per day (PPD) value you want to focus on. They will often list pint per day at saturation (90%RH 90F or close to those numbers) and that's more than double what it'll do at normal operating environment. So, becareful about comparing pints per day from one model to the next. If the price is the same and the PPD are a little less than half, chnaces are one company is listing PPD under "AHAM" and one is listing PPD at saturation. The exact numbers may be off but you can look up this referential information with a simple google search. AHAM is average heat and humidity. Beleive it is 60% RH and 60F? e.g. a 150pt dehum may only do 60-70pints per day given your typical temp and RH of your tent/room. But if you pull in air from the room, you need to be able to dehum a much larger area than your tent. if it is a closed system, then you can These are my best guesses relating square footage of garden to size of dehum needed. OTher factors like room size and such will influence this a bit too. an AHAM 50pt/day dehum (200-250 USD is typical price off amazon) will struggle once you get near 40sq ft (e.g. a 4x8 or 5x10 will cause this machine to rune continuously (with a defrost cycle) and may not be able to keep it under 65% with the 40sq ft of plants. Not as strained by 4x8 area of plants. So, for 4x8 i'd get at least a 50pt and consider larger. For larger garden, i'd strongly recommend getting a "commercial" build dehum as opposed to the in home options. these are better made and typically used in unfinished basements and attics. A 4x4 tent and roughly 100sq foot room? maybe a 30pt can do it, but i'd still beef up and go with the 50pt options. Running less often or with less stress while it runs willl only benefit longevity of the device. I just replaced a 50pt Fridgidaire with a commercial build 70pt AHAM dehum. I killed my previous dehum with 2 years of heavy use and 2 years of normal use. the last 2 years i scaled up size of grow and it could barely keep up. I burned the fucker out because it was too small for the job. 4 years of use is unacceptable, imo. Hoping less stress will allow this one to last longer. Spend the extra 50 or whatever today and it will likely benefit you down the road with a lower cost of ownership over time and replacemnts.
