Nah bro, the other dude ain‘t Right. Check the trichomes on the buds not on the leaves, the one on the leaves always mature way sooner. On one pic we can see that the trichomes are milky on the budds. But you can start flushing now ( even i never did it because i use organics) but if you deplete your soil from nutriens now your plant will start to use the nutriens Stores in the leaves & will use these, that will enhance the flavour profile so flush yes, for harvest you have to check again the trichomes on the budds

There’s a whole lot of amber tricromes up in there. Definitely ready to be harvested for sure. One last good flush and chop that girl. Enjoy your harvest.
