That is the amount of new notifications that are useing that brand eg. tagged them or posted a diary update with that nutrient/brand. It will go back to zero if you click on it. and then start counting again. its just letting your know someone posted something about that product. I have not clicked half of mine and the main brands total 87K, You can also follower users or diaries and it will do the same thing, Any time the user posts anything new it will +1 for every post, and it will +1 for every new week in the diary if your only following the diary vs the user. Can just ignore it. more for tracking shit if your currious.
