With rock wool you will want to raise those girls up. If they sit directly in water will have that issue. Rockwool will hold a 50% water / air ratio. I give mine about a cup water per day and suspend them in baskets.

It is very hard to oversaturate rockwool as the air to water ratio is perfect for root systems, when you touch the top of the rockwool where the stem pops out, it should always be damp. High frequency fertigation is a must with rockwool and coco. Think smaller waterings with a bit of run off but more often

Personally I don’t recommend growing in rockwool because the natural pH of rockwool is higher than cannabis tends to like. I get quickest rooting in coco coir. I’ve heard to soak rockwool in water mixed with pH down overnight before planting to help with the high pH. Purple stem may indicate the plant is attempting to move nutrients for rooting(stress combined with genetic) or it could indicate too high pH(pure stress). Typically stems don’t turn purple during rooting, they should remain green or whatever color they were originally on the mother. Stems under soil or whatever medium turn white before developing roots.

They do look over watered, give them some time to dry out a little. They should bounce back.
