Difficult but there is solutions. Portable ac unit is expensize option. Window style ac unit can be used effectively if you cut a he used in the tent, the front in the tent with the back outside. Window style air Conditioners work differently in all the air cooled inside the tent is kept Inside the tent. The hot air ar back side creates co densation that can be caught, as a side benefit you will have 0ppm distilled if you run it through a filter. Ac unit will also dehumidifier slighlty as it cools. Win win. Causes irreprepairable damage to tent though, measure twice cut once.

Depends on what your environment is outside the tent. Eg, if the room the tent is pulling the air in from is also 30c and 50%RH then it can not get lower then that without the help of a air conditioner. If the room its pulling in air from is sitting at 20c then you just need to increase your airflow in the tent, more vents and or stronger extraction. My tent will run about 5-8c hotter then my rooms temp just cuz of its lights and drivers on the lights. The drivers are what make most of the heat on the lights, not the LED themselves, some lamps have a driver that can be disconnected and placed outside the tent. The RH will only go up the more the plants grow I find. but again getting AC or a dehumifider and treating the air outside the tent that it pulls in from is the best option.

I also have an 2x4 and my temprature is also about 29-31 C but i never had issues at these temperatures… you can turn you AC up if possible, but if your surroundings Are at 30 C than only a Climat controll will help
