Burnt leaf tips won’t recover, unfortunately. If you’re using tap water, it’s possible that the water’s micronutrient composition is disrupting the balance in the soil and significantly raising the pH. From the pictures, it looks like you might be slightly over 7. This imbalance builds up in your soil over time. Make sure you’re producing 20% runoff and correcting your pH, otherwise, you could face serious issues during the flowering phase.
Everything else looks good. Just remember to increase nutrients gradually with each watering, rather than doubling them or making big jumps, so your beneficial bacteria and fungi have time to adjust and respond properly.
