Where the tap root exited the seed, which is the pointy end. That should have been planted upwards. The tap root exits the seed and then does a u turn downwards. So next time make sure the tap root, where it exited the seed Is planted upwards. If you set it in with the tap root pointed down., the seed head was trying to grow up but has twisting to do first. Sometimes they don't make it if you put the tap root facing down. If it doesn't pop out soon, very carefully start digging to see if you can save her.
