I have huge problem with judging trichs.

I have 4 plants, 2 chopped now, 1 just in time, second too late. I always try to make pics of buds not leaves but from close sometimes I don't know which one are sugar leaves . Please help me. Milky one harvested on end of 10th week, the late one same, this one is 69 day. Help.

Harvesting is always a window of time based on your preferences, there is no "perfect moment" for it.
As far as I can tell, you are well inside that harvesting window, as your plants show over 90% milky trichomes and already have some amber.
