Hey friend,You can harvest when the harvest window is opened.During that time,the leaves will show deficiencies, yellowing and most of the white pistils become orange.The best method is using 60x microscope and check trichomes colour.If trichomes are mostly milky/cloudy about 80/90 % and fill with some amber colour, it’s the best time for you to harvest.Flushing or not flushing is your choice.Happy growing... ✌️

Get a pocket microscope to check the trichomes! That's the only way to know if they are ready or not. If all trichomes are clear, your plant still contains too many precursors to get you a satisfying high. If all trichomes are cloudy, you could harvest immediately if you want to, but most growers wait until they see around 10-30% amber trichomes because that's when the buds will hit you the best!
