Please check my previous Questions. Underwatering recovers in less than hour. But after giving her 4 liters of water she just getting worse. Took the pot out to check visually and it was fully dry on the perimeter. Wet on top and bottom-center. Also there was a change in weather.

i placed a thin plant pot into my soil. it goes to just under half way down. with an open top. it holds 500ml. i fill this twice. before trickeling water on top to wet the soil. doing this forces water into the center of my soil. with the pot firmly placed in the dirt. it drains over 5 minites, slowly watering the soil. i then place a small peice of card under my pot. the second i see it absorb water. i stop. this helps reduce run off

With larger plants like that in bags you need to soak them in saucers now and then. Some areas of soil dry and go hydrophobic and the water just runs through it without absorbing and it's difficult to get them damp again. If it gets really bad, you can soak it in a taller bucket, but if you stay on top of it a saucer once every week or 2 is enough.

Maybe try dunking the pot into some water then. Put it down into the water and let it absorb. You’re saying it’s dry in parts so, I’d be trying to make sure it was ALL getting water, not just sections

Your watering habits are bad based on your description. you seem to want to choose how much water you give. don't do that. water entire pot. Wait for top 1" to dry, then repeat. how often you add fertililzer depends on how concentrated you feed.. is it soilless or soil etc etc... a little runoff ensures soil was fully saturated. if soilless, you want 10% runoff minimum. is this an indoor or an outdoor plant. if oyu took an indoor plant and put it outside in the sun, it will droop like that even if watered recently. the sun is much, much stronger than artificial lighting. if it evolved outside, the density of chorophyl would adapt to the level of light given. so, if this is the case, other adapt it to the outside, which takes time or just avoid the sun. this looks like underwatering to me. 37C outside is hotAF for plants, too. if sun is hitting the black pot, maybe the substrate temps is going nuts.

Usually when leaves and stems droop like that it's through under watering. You may have a root issue that's preventing the plant from drinking.
