sorry for those bad trichome pics but i just cant get better ones :'D (i blame my old phone) unknown strain start of week 9 flower + first grow. i used biobizz bloom+ grow and i think my plants still have waaay too much N left (no fading leaves at all) watering only/flushing?

Plain water, nothing else, until harvest maturity in 10 days roughly.
No need to worry about not "fading", it will not effect the quality of the trichomes that are already there.

they do look a bit overfed, but that's an adjustment for next cycle. review how you fed and reduce concentration a bit. If you have notes and pictures over time, you can better adjust to the progression you saw.
some water-only irrigations wouldn't hurt. Just because one thing is high doesn't mean all nute molecules are high. important not to starve the plant of something else while trying to reduce a minimal toxicity. Once in the plant, there's no where to go except being used up. it has no excretion system.
