you are almost there.. maybe around 1 week. keep looking on your trichrome you are looking for most milky and few amber one.

I can't see any amber trichomes in these pictures, only clear ones and some milky ones. If you prefer a clear head high type of effect, you could harvest now/soon, but if you prefer a heavier body stone type of effect, waiting another 7-10 days for the appearance of some honey amber coloured trichomes may be a better option.

calyxes look like they have some plumping to do, yet. stigmata are "long". They should look short closer to harvest due to plumping of calyxes around them.

Not much longer keep a close eye on them. They are slightly clear, so I would wait a little until you start to see a few amber, and the rest are milky is the perfect time to pick in my opinion. That way you know most of them are mature and have not started the degrading stage. The top of the plant will have more mature trichomes than the bottom so make your best judgment from a few different areas of the plant. you could harvest in layers if you want if the tops are getting very ripe and the bottoms are still l clear, as you do not want to let the best top colas get overripe and loose potency and flavor.

The resin glands on the plant are called trichomes. Terpenes are compounds found in the trichomes and is what gives the plant it's flavour and aroma. To answer your question, it looks a little early to me, but I prefer to look at the whole bud rather than closeups to get a better idea of the whole flower. Some areas are younger and other parts will be older, so going close can be deceiving. You want to harvest when most of the plant is ready and for that you need to look at the whole thing.
