For veg you need 65-70% rh , temps are ok for fast and rapid grow, distance to light should be played to maintain not big inner node spacing. With such temps they can run up too quick. For first 3 weeks of flowet you should drop temps to 25 and no more, current humidity would be great at that time. For later stages it should be in 50% area and temps colser to 21-23 Celsius. Otherwise airy buds and small weight of bud, heat makes huge, but not productive plants. More air exchange and fresh air for humidity down. Daily changed et fat bathroom towels for humidity up control . You can play with environment even without expensive gadgets ;) Good luck !

Bloody hard mate. Controlling the lung room is the best way to control the tent. Looking at your temps and RH your in a decent VPD zone so I wouldn't worry to much. Find ways to cool your lung room if your temps are going to be getting up to the 30c mark, eg open the door to your lung room if the rest of the house is cooler.

magic? you need a condenser of some sort. "Evaporative coolers" don't have much of a cooling effect and will raise RH.. 2-3 F for a rise in RH usually isn't worth it, and if RH rises, the evaporative cooler is even less effective. natural doesn't work well for cooling the air. useless you could say...

That seems like amazing conditions to me hahahaha In summer here it's over 40C in the sun and between 10% and 30% rH Like Frosty said, the only way to change anything without an ac is to have your lights on at night when it's cooler and have them off during the heat of the day.

I'm struggling with the same things, growing in Germany. This sounds like what i have 25-28°C and 50-65% humidity. I try to open lung room at night. You can also switch light cycle to be on at night so the the lights are off during the higher temperatures during the day. Good ventilation and exhaust the hot air from the top of the tent. Hope that helps, keen to get some input from our guru Growmies 😎
