genetics or cold temps (68F or below can cause fall colors)

Either from cold weather or genetics. An abudant amount of Nitrogen will turn stems and branches purple, but for sugar leaves and such, it's genetic or from cold temps.

Its just the pigmentation of your genetic. Nothing to worry about, a change overnight due to temps is related to its genetics too, its the same thing. Good luck and Happy Growing.

This can happen when overnight temps are much cooler than the day temps. It is caused by an accumulation of natural plant pigments (anthocyanins), is somewhat normal and is not a sign of anything going wrong. It can also be related to genetics. While it may make the plant look different/special, it does not affect potency, yields or taste/flavour of the plant.
