Can I start training the plants? And if so, which method would you recommend? They all have a relatively tall growth, as there were a couple of bad days with rain and clouds.

Hey, I would wait another 1-2 weeks with the training here. I guess you want to reduce the height growth and have bushier plants? They usually become bushier on their own outdoors. I would recommend doing some low stress training on the main stem in about 7 days.

shoulda said PPF/PPE for a 1-off measurment in a specific spot and angle, but DLI is good enough.

If you are doing this outdoors, then i wouldn't do any drastic training, like bending the plant over. Spread it out is all you need to do. Outside, it is inundated with photons from all angles, unlike artificial lighting indoors that we try to maximie with a flat canopy -- no worries about that outside. There is no different DLI being a few feet further from the sun or 10 feet for that matter on a massive plant :P Some training to even out growth / production to avoid a massive primary cola is probably wise, but won't take much effort. Big colas are inevitably more susceptible to pathogens.

It's too early to achieve anything worthwhile yet, wait another week or 2
