Does look Magniusim-related.The plant is a little small compared to the pot size to be showing deficiencies. Unless your substrate is mostly inert. If you have been feeding cal-mag at recommended doses then I would say that's not the issue, but if you have not I would try a small dose and see how she reacts. The top looks dry now, but looks slightly overwatered.
