Quite ofen the first few sets of leaves can be weird while the plant is working out what life is all about.
Nothing really to worry about, usually by the third or fourth set of leaves, everything will sort itself out and be normal.

i'd wait for judgement. as another said - first 2-3 sets of leaves can be fugly, and it's not uncommon.
reconsider huge pot with a seedling. even if it is an autoflower. only a retard shocks a plant up-potting. It's a myth that was repeated ad nauseum by people that didn't know any better and just assumed. You should not be worried about up-potting an autoflower. In fact, it will lead to better results.
