go by the color of trichomes at this point. The pistils, or stigmata, seem to be ripe (technically, dead/dying, but not a bad thing). Will need 30-60x magnification. There's all sorts of suggestions... figure 10-70% amber is the window most are in. you should experiement with different points of harvest window to find what you prefer.

Hey, Flowering is normally around 8 to 10 weeks. This looks further into flower than I would expect at 6 weeks from seed and is difficult to tell. Do you know when she started flower? At 6 weeks from seed I would imagine another 5 or 6 weeks at least.
