You've got things to work on. New growth with chlorosis is less than optimal. No big deal if it fills in, but something to adjust and avoid next time. Late flower you'll still see some blemishes on some plants, but it's very reasonable to expect little to now problems when doing things fairly well. That'll get you 95-99% of whatever is possible. the last few percent are hard to justify the cost and or time invested.
