Completely wasted and a bloody heavy infection and you blaming over lanter flies but in my opinion you having instead as well some funghi action...no good and it will be tremendous if on the drying process the buds get affected Next season try to aplly some neem oil during late veg phase. What a pity...better luck (and care) next time.

IDK if this would help. https://www.cannabisbusinesstimes.com/news/need-to-know-spotted-lanternfly-hemp/ Maybe use a bait crop they like more and sacrifice it to the flys so they leave your weed alone. Or grow a bunch of shit they hate and maybe they will avoid your area? Pests sucks. It will alter it a bit. does not look that great to smoke, might make a better eddidble.

No, a fruit picked a week early is not nearly as good as a ripe fruit. Same with weed, but all our situations are different. Don't lay your buds on the grass with your scissors on top, The trichomes on the flower are incredibly delicate and are the entire reason we grow the plant. Getting more dirt and grass stuck in the resin and leaving some on the floor and handles of your scissors is not a great way to treat your flower. From week 3 you shouldn't touch your flower at all. The more surfaces it touches the more you are ruining the potency. The flower is just there so we have something to burn with the resin in the trichomes, protect your trichomes so they end up in your joint, not on some tray or lawn or your fingers.
