Don't look at trichomes this early. It'll just give contradicting signals. trichomes do age before harvest time. They get covered up by new growth etc etc.
Wait for the plant to fully plump, then start paying attention to the trichomes - on the calyxes only. Harves will be 7-14 days after that point, most likely. Quite a bit of variation possible for many different reasons - some we control, some we do not.
Based on this pic, you have 3-4 weeks remaining. It's hard to be accurate guessing this as some plants ripen faster than others.
Unless this is an autoflower, i'd stop using a flash or getting light on the plant during dark cycle. Gonna cause some nanners or worse, a re-vege.
Cooler temps can slow things down. Probably get some "Fall" colors in the leaves, too.
