Timing concerns...

I've got plants that are currently in their forth week of flowering. I also reversed the sex of some plants using STS, and those are now producing male flowers. I'd like to know how long until the flowers open and will that give me enough time to pollenate the other grow?

Seeds take 4-6 weeks to grow and then fully mature after pollination.

Nice! Keep an eye on them, the most developed ones looks like about a week or possibly less till they open, but a few will take another 2 weeks or so. You can get a ton of pollen from just a few flowers. You should have more than enough to make quite a few seeds. Storing pollen can be a bit of a challenge, uv, moisture or high humidity can ruin it. As long as the female you want to pollinate has white pistils, you're good to go.

Determining Trichome Readiness: Advice on Equipment or Techniques I absolutely suck at harvesting and using the mini 🔬to determine trichome readiness. I don't have a steady hand, and it takes me forever to see if it's clear, milky, or amber. I see a lot of people on here with some ridiculously amazing up close photos of even their trichomes.

Nanners or swollen Calyx I currently have an auto amnesia in its 2nd week of flower I noticed a couple of these on branches by the bud sites I’m concerned as there’s a few My question is,are these pollen sacs or swollen calyx? They fall off quite easily when tipped I’m currently keeping an eye on them

Can my 10/14 light cycle be causinh my plant to mature more quickly?Assuming that longer nights causes cannibas to mature more quickly , could my plant be maturing ahead of schedule ? I am running 10/14 i know i will have a decreased yield but could this also explain orange hairs earlier than usual , i added fan and moved my plant ?

How much longer do you think she needs before harvest?Checking trichomes and they look mostly milky with some still clear. I prefer a more uplifting, cerebral effect rather than a heavy one. Autoflower leftover buds are re-vegging?!. Should I just harvest or can it develop more bud?I have left some lower buds on 2 autoflowers after harvesting most of the buds and they started to develop new white pistils.
