The sacks will likely open in the next week. Once they do you can harvest the pollen or just take the plant making it and put it in the tent with the females you want pollinated. Create some air movement and the pollen will find its way. Or pluck the pollen sacks off and shake em over the plants, watch if fall off and sprinkle down onto them. I do this many times over the course of a week. Pistils will brown up on the tips within 24hrs after pollination. so you will have some indication of it working. The plant will also slow down on making new flower and focus on the seeds, so only pollinate once they your ideal size with lots of pistils open. I got a good ammount of seeds of my tiny plant. Other I know get 1000's off a bigger one.
I agree with others saying seed take time to develop. 4 weeks is key, I normally let the plant die and the seeds stay on till the very end then harvest em all, I'll let them sit out in the air for a week and then move them to a cool dry place that is sealed up like a mini ziplock bag or glass jar out of light.
This is the diary of a plant I revered, I used CS vs STS, sts is better, but same effect in the end pollen.

FYI: don't consume any plant of the plant that was sprayed with STS, just bin it but you likely already know this bit. and if you are cross the same strain don't use it again for making more seeds as its genetics is getting retarded.
