Feminized plant and lamp.

Has anyone worked with a viparspectra p600lamp?What height settings did you use?There are two of them.Is one lamp enough for the vegetative period?I want to try a feminized plant in a 60x60x160 box.I've tried autoflower twice so .Foxtailflowers, delicate plants.

20-22" is fine for a QB. you can get closer but thent he edges/corners will suffer. You can download a free light meter app and compare readings from central area to the sides/corners. At worst it should be 50% of the central area under the light -- use a rope or rules you measure same distance from light in various spots around canopy.
no matter what, observe and react to how the plant is growing. too stretchy = needs more. too tight = needs less. (distance that results between growth nodes)
